Back to Back.

Can you believe it? I'm back already =) Here comes the week of Sunday, June 6 - Saturday, June 12. I'm gonna do a few different things with the pictures so hopefully it won't come out so funky. The width of the editor is different than on my actual blog, and I don't know what to do to make it fit better. So yeah. Sorry if this one looks jacked up, too.

Sunday, June 6: Mom, Bek and I got up fairly leisurely to clean the trailer and such, then we headed home. We ate at Dairy Queen, and mine was great. They have great chicken fingers and gravy. Once we got home, I was ready to see Chris since it was his and mine eleven monthiversary! I'm so thankful to be lucky enough to have him. He's the absolute greatest. I LOVE YOU CHRIS! I bowled that night with a 135, 121, and 132. A total of 8 spares and 6 strikes. You know how I do.

Monday, June 7: The spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A finally came out! I was there at like 10:45 to try it. They made it sound like I was going to have smoke coming out of my ears after eating, but it wasn't THAT hot, but it was spicy. I've had it twice more since then and it's gotten hotter to me each time. I didn't even finish the whole thing the last time I had it. So I guess it just depends. This was also the premiere of the third season of The Secret Life of the American Teenager. I must admit, the acting is absolutely terrible, and the plot is a stretch, but for some reason I still watch it. It's like a teenage soap opera. Seriously. The angles and lighting scream All My Children or something, ha. It was a great start to the season I must say. I bowled of course. Gotta have practice for league. I bowled a 110, 126 and 93. Ugh. 4 strikes and 4 spares. Not too nice. Oh well.

Tuesday, June 8: I had class, of course. Afterwards, Dad and I had lunch at Five Guys. It was good. We ate outside, so that was nice. That night Chris was lucky enough to see the series premiere of Pretty Little Liars with me. He was so into it that he didn't take a nap like he planned. He won't admit it, but he likes the show. He always asks me what happened. This show will probably be dumb, too. I definitely don't see a second season out of it, but you know they'll find a way. So we'll see how it goes.

Wednesday, June 9: I had been terrified of this day to come for quite a while. I was going to go to the eye doctor for the first time ever. Earlier in the week, Chris was telling me about having to get my eyes dilated and air puffed in my eye. Needless to say, I was freaking out. I didn't want anything to hurt. I did my best to stay calm. Mom went with me, and Chris went to the gym while I was there. We paid like $40 or something for this other thing that replaces dilation. That was cool. The air puff thing wasn't so bad. I did flinch the first time and have to redo it, but it wasn't so bad. Turns out my eyes are perfect! It was nice to see a doctor who didn't have a single bad thing to say. He said if I were to develop cataracts from steroids, it would have already happened. Once you stop taking them, they stop forming. So that's good to know, too. So it was a successful day, for sure. I studied, too. Woo hoo.

Thursday, June 10: I had class and work like usual. I was supposed to have a test, but it got put off because he never gave us a study guide. That was cool. I decided to dress cute for a change. I miss wearing dresses once a week like I did in high school, so I'm trying to do it more over the summer. It's too hard to do it during the regular school year. The wind is so unpredictable, and I don't really want to flash everyone, ha. Just saying. I had to work in a patient room that was freezing. I felt like I was in a dungeon, but it made me get a lot done. In league we won them all again, how cool! I bowled a 155, 105 and 123. 10 spares and 5 strikes.

Friday, June 11: All I have written down is "IDK," so I apparently don't remember what I did. I'm sure I went to work and came home early to see Chris. So yeah. Moving on.

Saturday, June 12: Chris had a bowling tournament in Montgomery at Brunswick. It was crazy. I haven't been there in at least seven years. It was so cool going back. It was extremely different thing, every thing was all upgraded. It was old school before, ha. I ended up recognizing someone and called Dad to make sure I knew someone by their name. After a few hours, I finally got the courage to go talk to him. I'm so glad I did! I forgot how sweet Lee was. He then called over his wife, Sue, and we all chatted for a bit. They were working the tournament. It was so great to see them. I'm glad we talked. After the tournament, Chris dropped me off at my house, and he went to work. I didn't do anything much that night but relax and go to bed early.

Impressive, right? I'll be caught up in no time. Hopefully.

-peace.
