Monday, Monday.

Hello there sunshine :)

I decided to update again. I know I said I'd do it two or three times a week, but I was thinking realistically. Hopefully I will do it more than that.

So today is my first day back at school after the best spring break I've ever had. Luckily, I only have one class on Mondays, so it wasn't too terribly bad.

After class I had lunch with Melanee, Zach, and Ian. I tried a steak, cheese, and refried bean quesadilla from Salsarita's. It wasn't so bad, but it was definitely no Moe's. I can't remember anything exceptionally hilarious from lunch, so I guess that's all I'll say about it.

After lunch, Melanee and I went to pick up her friend, who totaled her car, from the doctor. While waiting for.. Jessica? we had some discussion on how to make the car lighter work. I never really thought about it, but I became curious. We tried to figure it out, but no luck. So I decided to text Chris, my boyfriend, and ask him how. I assumed it was common knowledge, and he didn't fail me. So I now know how to use the car lighter if I ever need it :) I also learned what a blunt was. Nice, I know. I suppose it's a good thing that I don't know a lick about drugs, but I also don't want to feel like an idiot if someone makes a joke and I'm oblivious to its meaning.

Oh, and how could I forget?! I got a ticket today =/ Boo. I forgot to put money in the meter, so when the ticket said "EXPIRED METER," in reality, it was never paid for. I found it amusing.

We also had some discussion on whether or not cats lick themselves like dogs do. I have never had a cat so I wasn't sure. Zach said they probably do to clean themselves, implying dogs do it just for the sake of it. After he and Ian left I told Melanee dogs did it for cleaning, too, that it is just like toilet paper. She got a kick out of that, and then the conversation took a gross turn. I'll spare you the details.

All in all, it has been a pretty great day.
  • 101. 3 in math. Extra credit rocks.
  • Fun with friends after lunch.
  • The lousy ten dollar ticket wasn't too great, though.
(I like bullets, if you couldn't tell.)

I suppose I've made this long enough. I should probably get back, or more like start, studying for my microeconomics test on Thursday. Good afternoon/goodnight. I'll update when I can.

-peace.
